We are an Incorporated Company providing Therapy, Support and Respite Workers as and when needed. Our leader Therapist is Inna M. Ganda (Mrs.)

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Manitoba College of Social Workers and have completed a Master of Social Work degree coupled with over 10 years of field experience. I currently operate a private therapy practice specializing in individual, family, and group therapy. Serving a diverse clientele, I work with adults, seniors,  youths, and children with a wide range of personal issues and mental health diagnoses. I have delivered psychosocial educational training for clients (Immigrants,  refugees, and Indigenous populations) on diverse topics to meet their mental health needs. I have gained experience working with clients who have suffered trauma, experienced domestic violence, involved with the criminal justice system, and struggling with mental health concerns.

With an extensive child welfare background, I have gained an excellent understanding of child welfare systems as well as community and government resources for client referrals. I use a systemic approach to work with my clients, taking into consideration all the systems involved with these individuals. In addition, I use several therapeutic strategies and models in working with my clients. (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focus Therapy and Narrative Therapy).
